Farmstead “Griezes”

Farmstead “Griezes” warmly welcomes you!

The busy farmstead is located in a picturesque, hilly area near the Estonian border, where grain fields and flowery meadows alternate with forests. The site is surrounded by a circle of majestic trees. Heritage apple tree varieties planted by the gardener Jānītis are still fruiting here, soft fruit bushes invite the visitor to have a taste. In the fields, vegetables are lovingly cared-for – potatoes, onions, carrots, courgettes, pumpkins, beans, etc, and the farm is a member of the direct-to-the-consumer movement. The black-and-white herd of milk givers make sure that there are enough milk products, including cheese, which can be tasted when booked beforehand.

You can visit the farmstead from 9 to 3 pm
