INTERNAL PROCEDURES AND RULES OF USE

TO ENJOY A SAFE AND SAFE HOLIDAY IN THE NATURE HOME, PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND USE OF THE NATURE HOME.

Arranging a guaranteed reservation means that the visitor agrees with all the internal rules and use of the Nature House and undertakes to fully comply with them.

The booked visit to the Nature House for one night is valid from 15:00 until the next day at 12:00 (noon). After The access code issued at 12:00 is no longer valid and the door is locked automatically unless the reservation is made for several days.

The fee for using the nature house for one night is 75.00 EUR (seventy five euros).

The person making the Nature House reservation assumes responsibility for the preservation and protection of the property and the environment, as well as undertakes to cover the losses incurred during their stay, in accordance with their actual value.
Please be informed that the manager of the Nature House in the external territory: Alūksne municipality, Dārza iela 11, Alūksne, Alūksne municipality performs video surveillance with the aim to ensure property protection.
It is prohibited to use the premises and territory for commercial activities.

TERRITORY

Please note that you are in the Veclaicene nature reserve of specially protected landscape areas, and please respect nature and the environment.
Nature houses have the necessary equipment for independent cleanliness – use it safely!
Nature houses are not equipped with electricity and lighting.
The nature house has beds with 10 mattresses.
While staying in the territory of the House of Nature, visitors must observe the culture of mutual relations.
It is prohibited to bring and store flammable substances and objects, use fire-hazardous devices and devices with an open flame in nature homes.
Use the grill on the campfire to prepare meals.
Visitors to the Nature House are obliged to protect and preserve the equipment located in the Nature House, it is strictly forbidden to take it out for outdoor use.
The booker is fully responsible for material damage. The amount of the loss is determined by the manager of the Nature House.
The manager of the nature house is not responsible for the belongings of visitors left in the territory. In case there are any personal belongings left in the Nature House, please contact the Nature House manager immediately.

WASTE

The norms of cleanliness and order must be observed in the territory of the nature house. Please do not pollute and clean the premises and territory behind you, deliver the waste in specially placed waste containers near the Nature House.
It is forbidden to leave waste in an unintended place in the Nature House or its territory, as well as to throw it in the forest or in another unintended place in the forest and / or in the immediate vicinity. When walking in nature and staying in a nature house, follow the principle: What you bring, take away!

FURNACE FUELING

Only the firewood that is placed in a box next to the stove can be used to heat a natural house stove.

CAMP FIRE

It is allowed to light fires only in the places intended and specially installed for them.
It is allowed to use firewood, which has been prepared and stacked in a ridge near the House of Nature, to heat a campfire. It is forbidden to collect fuel and bring branches and trees from the forest to burn a campfire.

SMOKING

It is forbidden to smoke indoors in nature houses. It is allowed to do so at a safe distance of not less than 10 meters from the buildings. Cigarettes may only be thrown in the rubbish bins after thoroughly extinguishing them.

CAR

Visitors to the Nature House by Lake Raipala should take into account that the car must be parked in the parking lot near the Mišu Honey Museum, movement of the car to this Nature House is not allowed.
It is forbidden to clean / wash all types of vehicles in the territory of nature houses.

PETS

Dogs and cats that are not aggressive are allowed in the territory of the nature house. Pets must always be kept on a leash, it is the owners’ responsibility to collect their pet and look after it at all times.

FISHING

Fishing is permitted in accordance with the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia on fishing, crayfish and underwater hunting. A person who has a valid fishing, crayfishing and underwater hunting card or an electronically (on the website https://www.makskeresanaskarte.lv/) fishing, crayfishing and underwater hunting card has the right to fish, crayfish and engage in underwater hunting for his own consumption, in which the name, surname and personal identification code of the person are indicated, or the number of such card is named.

DAMAGES

If, upon arrival at the Nature House, you find damage to it or the adjacent territory, please report it to the operator immediately.
We also ask you to report any damage during your visit immediately. If the damage is caused by the fault of the visitor, the visitor will be charged an appropriate fee, depending on the amount of damage.

The manager records the condition of the Nature House before and after each reservation.

In case of injury and sudden illness, call the emergency services to the single emergency number 112.

When the dispatcher answers your call:

• At the request of the dispatcher, state your surname and telephone number.
• Don’t interrupt the conversation first.
• Be callable, you may need to contact you again.
• Concrete answers will speed up the process of getting help.
