You will renew the physical and mental strength of your body slowly, without any haste. The sauna expert at the “Upītes” offers to experience the specific rituals for new born babies, the wonderful influence of clay masks on the body and the sauna rituals of ancient Latvians. The expert offers a massage with wickers, volcanic or river stones.
